Text of Complaint by S. K. Banerjee:

CESCĀ  Customer ID-48000714218.Con No-48091490005,Bill for Feb-2018-Rs470/-paid on16/03/18-by SBI diet card through Paytm gateway, bank traction id-SBI PG807510068993cescPaytm.

But till date amount not been transferred to CESC nor reversed to customer a/c.As a result CESC added the amount with interest to bill for March-18.

Customer cannot suffer due to fault of gateway like Paytm. Immediately transfer the amount to CESC or revert to my account to avoid further harrasement to a senior citizen.
