I paid bill for the month of July 2018. The transaction was being processed but then the browser showed that server timed out. I got a message that rs. Xxxx has been deducted from my account regarding cesc. The next time i checked in to cesc, it is not showing the latest bill that i paid now. I think that the bill is not paid and next month i got GREEN BILL but the money has been deducted. Please help.
