Text of Complaint by Abhiraj Sinha:

Purchased Cellbell C104 Office Chair from cellbell.in, but received defective chair with shorter height and tilted seat. Also screw caps were missing. The same day I asked them to return the chair and give full refund, But they are charging 20% from the refund amount. Why? When the whole mistake is from their side. The customer support is worse, took me 30 days of constant frustration to get only a replacement for hydraulic, that too of 100mm as opposed to 140mm mentioned in product details. Extremely disappointed and frustrated by Cellbell’s unprofessional service and unfair trade practices.
