I ordered the product from Cazina website which I saw on YouTube advertisement. I haven’t been asked for any sign up/login and product order proceeded till payment where I select COD because I was shopping from this website first time. I haven’t received any mail Or message for this which I have provided while placing the order. On 17th Sep I got message from Bluedart on delivery. I got the product & paid Rs859/-. When I checked the product later, it was of Rs200/- quality which can’t we worn, even the design was something else. Then I checked google reviews & got this complaint link from YouTube video. I mailed on Cazina email mentioned. Now I don’t trust that they are returning the amount after knowing they looted a lot of consumers, even if we return the product via courier. I saw customers are looted by Cazina https://youtu.be/WRoXsrrhDIU. I request you to initiate my return for this & I will never attempt any online shopping before going by their reviews. I am attaching the parcel photo where Cazina address is mentioned, also product image & email communication with them. Kindly consider this for refund.

Shoppers beware of Cazina is No.1 Choor portal. Lists something and sends some cheap stuff and he only accepts COD, and doesn’t respond to any returns as they intention is to cheat shoppers. They doesn’t even list their number. when I raised a complaint about a wrong item shipped, the response is that please ship back to the same address and there is no phone no on the address and hence none of the courier guy agrees to courier it without phone no.
followed up for a month with him and off no use.
Someone who has legal connections should pull such cheated to the consumer court and penalize them.
Bought a dress listed as American Crape for 850 and sent a dress worth 200. Such a cheap Quality
