I place a order on 24 may on dhani store app but now it is 7 may they do not delivered my order and my money is also deducted of this parcel 2 time from my upi …I took numbers of emails and several time I call to their costumers forum but they do not reply properly and my problem is not solved I’m not satisfied from dhani app so please help me to return my parcel and my refund of money also

I ordered gas stove in amazon while buying it had shown with prime member ship it will deliver with in one day. I have and urgent requirement for that purpose I ordered product with prime membership. One day completed still it is not delivered.
