I an an Ex-serviceman from Indian Air Force. Today at abouts 1655 hrs I came out of Pedda Amberpet Toll Plaza. Despite showing my Ex- servicemen Identity card, the toll operator charged me toll of Rs.120/- from the fast tag. A illegal and immoral act by ORR Toll managers.
