Complaints Regarding Electronic Appliances

I’ve sent my CB Vibe for a replacement cause it was not working at all. It’s been a month and yet they’ve not responded to any of my mails or claims. They simply ignore all the mails I send. I’ve also paid the return shipment amount and yet they don’t care.
