Complaints Regarding Electronic Appliances

We had raised a request for service for our Kent RO mineral water. Technician has visited and changed the spare part but the very next day it was not working. We are trying to contact the service Center but they are not responding and directly telling us to go to consumer court and file a case. Please do take strict action against KENT RO Mineral
