Complaints Regarding Electronic Appliances

I bought an nova trimmer after 2 3 months its got an battery problem i contacted the service centre they told me toh send my trimmer to them and then they took 15 days to repair or to send or when i received that trimmer it was replaced by someone else trimmer then they again take 10 days to deliver my original trimmer all of this process taken around 1 month after 1 months i received my trimmer that was full of scratches i have sended the brand new trimmer i didn’t even remove polythene protection an they sended me my trimmer full of scratches looking like very old or used trimmer
