Complaints Regarding E-Com & Retail

I have received the wrong product this people are misleading and not responding If I saw watch it not all in the good condition it shows 2nd hand watch but I booked for noise bolt smart watch for the cost of 1600 please check and help me to return this product and I need my money back.
