Otrzymałam zamówiony towar niezgodny z przedstawioną ofertą.Gdy zwróciłam się z prośbą ,aby podano adres gdzie mogę odesłać w/w produkt,to otrzymałam wiadomość ,że mam przesłać zdjęcie produktu oraz zdjęcie listu przewozowego i jakiegoś kodu celem weryfikacji reklamacji.Sprzedawcy przekazałam nr zamówienia więc uważam,że to wystarczy do weryfikacji zamówienia.Żądanie dodatkowych informacji uważam za próbę utrudnienia w realizacji reklamacji […]
