Complaints Regarding E-Com & Retail

I have order grocery through Jio Mart on date 15/06/25 & also on date 16/06/25 but my order was not delivered by Jio Mart. It is showing that order is returned. I did not receive any call/mail regarding cancellation of order. I want a proper justification why mart is taking order if they are unable to deliver the same.
