Complaints Regarding Airlines

I had my travel booking done for 18 march 2020. As the flight was cancelled due to pandemic. I asked flipkart to cancel my ticket and give me full refund which I was entitled to according to airlines rule. But still my refund is pending Almost one year gone ???
