Complaints Regarding 2-wheelers

My name is Ankit Singh I have taken two wheeler (Access 125) loan from Hinduja Leyland finance at 01/08/2019 I have paid 50% payment of Access 125 after that I jobless so I not paid emi on time many emi are overdue one day 2 agent are stop my access 125 they are seized my two wheeler they told me you are not paying emi so we have recovery your vehicle you go to hinduja Leyland finance paid full overdue after that we will release your vehicle.. access 125 I surrender in 2020 after that I bought new vehicle.. so why in my cibil score the loan is active showing bcoz I surrender my two wheeler. HLF Ltd solded Access 125 to another person.then HLF not close my loan.
