I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with Cashify’s delivery service. After our scheduled delivery was canceled, the assigned delivery technician not only exhibited rude behavior but also demanded an unjustified amount of 150rs as petrol money. When I denied he was about to hit me, I promptly raised a complaint regarding this issue, hoping for a swift resolution. However, I have not seen any serious action taken against the delivery agent, which has left me deeply disappointed. I must emphasize that if appropriate and stringent measures are not taken against this delivery agent, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the consumer court for their unprofessional and unacceptable conduct, which is tantamount to looting civilians. I trust that Cashify will take this matter seriously and rectify it promptly. Cashify’s customer response seems to be focused on offering a new delivery agent rather than addressing the rude behavior and the issue of the 150 rs for petrol.
