Cashe is the loan application and charging high interest rates. They are not following the Rbi guidelines, I agree i missed one emis as i lost my job 4 months back. But they hacked all the contacts and theft my data and they started calling my contact list without any prior info. As per Rbi guidelines loan amount should not reveal with any others and they revelaing the loan amount with contact list and abusing them. Kindly look into this.
