I had applied for an Instant loan on 8th December 2023, the loan was approved and i got call for verification. It has been more than 2 weeks, no revert or resolution has been provided. Plus i am getting reminders of EMI dates. When i have cleared all my previous dues why should i get the EMI messages. They are messaging for random numbers to reapply for loan and the loan will be disbursed in 30 mins. They have taken all or details and yet no resolution. I am complaining against the fraud and miss use of our information
