I’ve an issue with movie ticket booking cashback on Paytm. I’ve booked a movie ticket on 26th January for Rs 519/- in which I’ve applied a coupon code through which I got a cashback of Rs 460/- but this was withdrawn from my wallet. Rs 460/- was deducted from my wallet on 28th January 11:45pm without any reason. I’ve received Rs 460/- cashback for movie ticket booked on 26th January but it has been withdrawn from my wallet. I would have never booked the ticket if I didn’t had that coupon but after what they did to me I’ll think twice before every booking. Please check this with Paytm and please ask them to return the cashback amount as soon as possible. I’ve been duped by these people and I’m not going to tolerate it. This is not acceptable first they show cashback at the payment page and after that these people just withdraw it from the wallet without any reason. Why they’ve to put such a dubious offer if they don’t want to honour it. Just tell them to give me the money back into my Paytm Wallet.
