I have purchased a laptop in Jio Mart App i.e https://www.jiomart.com/ where they clearly stated that there a cashback upto 10% on the purchase of electronic items min of 4000 where I have brought a Lenovo Laptop worth 34999 where they haven’t provided any cashback or Cashback related information after the purchase even I have raised a complaint at JioMart Coustomer Support but they are refusing saying there is no offer on the related date i.e from 01/07/2022 to 07/07/2022 where I have purchased the laptop on 01/07/2022.
