I purchased a mobile on 26 June for which I was supposed to get refund of 9000. The day I bought there was no msg of kyc.later they said kyc has to be done to get that cashback. I went for getting my kyc done at least 15-20 times, but they had server issue. Now m out of City and cannot get it done and haven’t got my cashback. They don’t have any customer service where we can talk to them. It’s really bad. Please take immediate action against them. I’m filling FIR against them for lieing and cheating customers. Thank you
