Text of Complaint by Anand Biswas:

The offer to subscribe ZEE5 via paytm for a 50% cashback was not properly instructed and there was no option to avail the cashback while making the payment. Thus made the entire payment of 999 instead of 500. After the payment was made there was no intimation of how to get the cashback and when activated the offer which is asking to further purchase more packs from ZEE5. Why would i purchase more packs when i have bought the yearly subscription which is the most premium one. Please help me with this as paytm nor ZEE5 has reached out to me so as to help with the cashback and is pushing me to make further puchases from ZEE5.
