We have booked a honeymoon package “marvels of europe” through cox & kings.
They had an offer on hdfc card i. E. 10% cashback if i pay 80, 000 through hdfc card. I have done a transaction of rs. 80, 000/- through my hdfc card on 12/10/2018 and as per your terms and conditions the cashback would reflect in my account after 90 days.
The due date has crossed and i have not received the cashback of rs 8000/- yet.

I have raised this request with hdfc bank also, but bank told that the merchant have not listed my hdfc credit card for cashback. i have attached email as receieved from bank.
