I have purchased a mobile phone through Zestmoney finance app. EMI period was of 24 months. I got cashback amount for 12 months and now they are not sending any cashback. It was mentioned to me that it was a 0% interest scheme and i would receive cashback. I called them so many times. They give deadline of 15 days everytime but no benifit. I have not received any cashback amount since Nov 2023
