Text of Complaint by Somnath Bhuniya:

On 17.04.2021 I had installed my 1st  tata sky connection along with one multi connection.
 
I had recharged with12 months value ie INR 9576.00 through Tata Sky app on 17.04.2021. As per offer I should get 1 month free . But till now I have not received the offer and validity has not been extended extra of 1 month.
 
I have talked with customer care several times and every time they are taking complains but till now the problem has not been resolved.
So, pls  Issue of 1 month extra cashback  INR 798 against recharge of 12, months as per cashback scheme
