I had purchased a grocery on Jio mart app on 28/08/2022 worth Rs. 2004/-.
I was promised to get 200/- cashback but till today no cashback received.
When I contacted jiomart they are saying repeatedly that this was a generic offer from mobikwik & they don’t have anything pending from their end.
But mobikwik not pickup my phone and number continuously getting busy
I am raising this complaint as I don’t know who is lying here and trying to harass the customer .
It’s extremely upsetting to see a company like this being so unprofessional.
