Amazon gave a coupon for 20% cashback on purchase of watch. I purchased a watch but they refused cashback saying wrong payment method used even though coupon did not mention any particular payment method. I had complained to customer care 3 times but they just keep saying “your problem will be resolved and we will revert back in 3 working days” and then nothing. No call, no email. I had already showed them full terms and conditions disclaimer and they had agreed I am right but still don’t give me my cashback.
