Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a few items during the amazon great indian Festival 2020 of Rs 101986.23 on 17/10/2020. I was allotted two different order id as below
1. order # 402-0438899-7529152 of Rs 2610/-
2. Order # 402-2493628-7169904 of Rs 99421/-
I had paid Rs 100280..96 after applying instant bank discount of Rs 1705.27 for order 1 and Rs 44.77 instant bank discount for order No 2 vide HDFC credit card ending with 7000
I had purchased these items during the offer for purchase through HDFC credit card
Details of the offer is given below
1. 10% instant discount up to Rs 1750 for minimum order valued of Rs 5000 on 16 and 17 oct 2020
2. Bonus Cashback Offer 1- cashback of Rs 1250 for order value greater than Rs 30000/-
2. Banus Cashback Offer 2- Cashback of Rs 6000 for order value greater than Rs 100000/-
I was eligible for above three offers as my transaction for these orders was more than Rs 100000/-
I had already availed instant bank discount of Rs 1705.27 for order 1 and Rs 44.77 for order 2
I should have received Rs 1250 for Bonus cashback offer1 and Rs 6000 for bonus cashback offer 2
Total cashback of Rs 7250 should have been paid as amazon pay balance
I had paid amount as sigle order but amazon had alloted two order id to me
I had taken up the matter with the amazon customer care team but i did not receive satisfactory reply from them
Therefore I request you to consider my request and credit cashback in my amazon pay account
Otherwise I will be left with no other option but to go for RBI banking ombudsman/ Consumer court
