Order date:04-Sep-2020,

Order #404-6922011-5928322 Amount:16,999.00.

I ordered through sbi yono app and I was supposed to receive 5% cashback with 90days from the date of purchase in my amazon pay wallet. But still Amount has not been credited to my wallet.I complained regarding the same to amazon customer service but they are misleading saying you have not added the product through sbi yono app and you are not eligible for cashback. Please look into this matter and do the needful so that I’ll receive my cashback. I have even uploaded the cashback confirmation from Amazon which I received on 7th September that cashback would be processed within 90days from the date of purchase…
