Text of Complaint by Kajal Singh:

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the ongoing delay in receiving a refund for my iPhone purchase through Zest Money on an EMI basis.
I purchased the iPhone 13 from on emi from Zestmoney and consistently ensured timely payment of all EMIs. However, despite fulfilling my financial obligations promptly for the past 6-7 months, I have yet to receive the promised refund.
I have reached out to your customer support multiple times, and unfortunately, the responses provided have been consistently unhelpful. The representatives keep providing new dates for the refund, but no concrete action seems to have been taken. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain.
I kindly request a thorough investigation into the matter and a prompt resolution of the issue. I believe that as a responsible and reputable service provider, Zest Money should uphold its commitment to customers and ensure timely and transparent transactions.
Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves, and I expect a swift response and resolution to my complaint. Your cooperation in resolving this matter promptly will be highly appreciated.
