I was given a cashback at the time of few of my hotel bookings on Agoda app. On the app you have to wait for 60 days to claim the Cashback. Now on the app i have eligible cashback but as soon as i try to withdraw that in my bank account it shows error saying try again in 24 hours. When i contacted the customer service they asked me details of my stay even though the booking was made using their app. And now they are saying that I’m ineligible for the cashback even though the app still shows that I’m eligible for withdrawing my cashback. It is causing great inconvenience.
