I bought Lenovo laptop and Order Placed on Wed, 20 Jun 2018 with Order ID – 5409485425. I bought it through ICICI credit card which has an offer of 10% or maximum R.2000/- cashback. The period mentioned overt here was on or before 31 October but I haven’t receive cashback till date,
Tried to contact paytmmal customer care number but it is was waiting almost 2p minutes and then call got disconnected with leaving message that we have scheduled your call but never receive call. And this happens many times. Now,with whom to connect and where to raise complaint ? Government should strict action about this they have not provided mail id as well this is very worst.
