There is a App Cash Wallet, I have taken Loans from there. I have 3 loans

One person called me today 22nd Jan asked me to pay through PhonePe.
He said he will close the 4 open loan. His name is -Abdul Rahim Laskar/ Saif Lasker.
I have paid him full amount. But he didn’t update my loan status. It’s still open.
