Before few days I was received an internet li k on my ell stating that you are eligible for 40k loan received from cash samosa company. When I was clicked on link it was diverted and asked to install cash samosa app from play store. Once I was installed the app and click on it. They asked to submit aadhar card and pan card copy of mine. Once documents upload they asked for loan of 3000rs. But amount was so less so I was not interested and didn’t click anywhere. Still this company so called cash samosa doing a fraud by transferring 1600rs without my knowledge and without my consent in my account. I was totally not aware about the same. After few days they are chasing me and called me, messages, what’s app me stating that your loan is due. Paid it immediately otherwise we will complaint about you. I am not aware what to do? Then any how they messages me on what’s app very abusive so I was blocked their contacts. All of a sudden today on 19-May they contacted the persons in my phone book ( friends and relatives) stating that I am taking loan and reference their numbers with company, but actually I am not doing it. Now they are harassing me, my friends, my relatives too. They are ruined my image, my credit in market in front of all. Please help me to come out of this issue and punish this company for their serious crime.
