Dear sir/Madam
Today morning I got a massage from shadowfax for a parcel AEPL site Rs- 599 of a designer lehenga which was not order by me. l have ordered a kurta set from flipkart of Rs-599 on cash on delivery. They matched my flipkart order amount and i don’t know how they got my number and address , and they(AEPL & Shadowfax) delivered me on my address. Luckly that time I was at home. The delivery boy called me for the parcel and i went there but I doubted and checked the order ID that time and get to the conclusion that it was a fake parcel. The delivery boy argued with me but I have not received the product. After that he told me to cancel the product and sent a cancellation coad on my number but I argued with him that why should I give you any COAD/OTP which I have not ordered. And in the end I have not received that parcel nor shared any COAD/OTP for cancellation. Thank god that time I was there other wise my parents definitely received the fake product worth Rs- 599. Thank god my money is safe. Past few days I have ordered multiple products from flipkart, ajio, mesho on cash on delivery. These scammers tracked me that i was ordered product on cash on delivery and i dont know how they collect my number and address and sent a parcel of Rs-599 which was perfectly matched with my flipkart order which is not received by me yet. I think scammers tried to confuse me for their parcel with the flipkart parcel so that I can easily believe that this is flipkart parcel and pay the cash to their delivery boy.
kindly do the needful for to stop these type of cash on delivery fraud.
