My mother ordered a saree from flipkart on 3rd April 2024, and it seems on the same date a fraudster (SHIPWAY SURFACE as per the name tracked from delhivery’s delivery tracking) order the a fake for our address, which my mother received and paid for today(7th April 2024). Now the original order is still in transit as per the Filpkart order tracking.
Now it clearly seems This Fraudster site/person/org. has hacked our account and knows when and what we have ordered, and that is how they send a fake product on the same day as the order date on Flipkart.
The packaging does not have any branding, does not contain any platforms logo , does not have a real invoice, But it had the delivery correct address with a fake product inside.
