Text of Complaint by Sindhu H U:

I recently ordered an apparel in Flipkart, but after 3 days i got a damaged wrong apparel. Delivery boy handover the parcel to me asking for payment of 743. Courier partner that delivered my order is Smartr logistics. Since I got a message from Smartr that the product is out for delivery, I made payment. When i open the package, i was shocked since it’s a different product and damaged one too. However when I enquired Flipkart Customer care, order has yet to receive my nearest hub.
Now Smartr Logistics is asking me to raise a return request. How can I raise a return request without knowing vendor details and also for the product that I have not ordered.
2 things still I didn’t get the answer.
1. How my order details got stolen from Flipkart? Either it should be Flipkart or Vender VredeVogel from Surat are culprit here.
2. Why 3rd party logistics Smartr is not disclosing vendor name who received my amount.

Please help me to fight against this COD scam.
