so what happened was I was odering food from the app when I realised my cod is not working and I have cancelled order before this has never happened and they didn’t even gave me a warning about it and I still don’t know the official reason that why my cod is blocked. I talked about this in customer care so a person there told me you have to pay online for some orders than it will work but after that he called me saying we r not allowed to call but I am calling you and he reassured me multiple times that your option will start working after an hour and told me to rate him 5 star even he remained on the call till the option came on app so thinking that it will be solved I did rate him 5 but after an hour I checked and nothing happened I again talked to another person he told me that they can’t do anything about it and didn’t even told me the reason why my cod is not working
