On August 8 2021,I ordered 3 t-shirts and 1 shirt in myntra. They sent the items as 2 packages,1 roadstar t-shirt and roadstar shirt in the first package. On 18th August 2021,a delhivery agent Venugopal come to my location at vytila, cochin to deliver 1st package.Total cost is 568 rupees,he sent me a link for Google pay payment and I paid that amount through Google pay(amount debited from my esaf bank account and also showing completed status in Google pay),but delhivery courier agent say it’s not updated in their system.suggested to wait for one day,he promised once payment updated he will deliver that package to me,I say ok.one day after I called that agent,he said amount credited and deliver the package on 20th August 2021 before 7 pm.After that he is not picking up the call till today.i called myntra and delhivery agents for multiple times nobody is ready to refund my cash or deliver my item.when I call that delivery agent supervisor he is shouting at me.Now currently item cancelles by myntra due to internal issue
