I have gone 29 Nov 2020 Agra to Lucknow and taken cash receipt 595 because my Paytm balance was low after that when I was returning 6th Dec 2020 then taken cash receipt 595 after that when i crossed toll then message receipt by Paytm deduction 595,
then i have complained to Paytm then said executive please send to me RC, toll receipt on 6th dec and Paytm pass book, and send to Paytm after sometimes call received from Paytm he is saying send me 29 Nov toll receipt, but I said don’t have cash receipt on 29th Nov and why I will put the toll receipt how would be possible carrying after 7 days toll receipt and executive are saying If you provide 29th Nov toll receipt then we will refund your money if you not provided then no refund any money and your fault why please refund my money.
