On November 12, 2023, I borrowed 4000 pesos from Cash Express with a payment term of 14 days. Unfortunately, due to my financial situation at the time, I overlooked my payment term and was overdue for three days. When I checked my balance, it had already increased to 7000+ pesos. I was willing to pay it off, but their agent was very rude and unhelpful, which made me angry and afraid to answer their calls. They added high interest to my loan every day, and my balance continued to increase. In January 2024, I spoke to a nicer agent and asked if they could offer me a deal to pay the balance off in installments, but they only offered to prolong the loan with a payment of 9000 pesos. As of now, I am overdue for 109 days, and my balance has increased to 22,688.6 pesos. I am still in a financial crisis, and I cannot afford to pay off the entire amount in one go. I would appreciate your help in closing my account. Thank you.
