Text of Complaint by Abhijit Banerjee:

I had taken a loan from cashBean mobile app with loan tenure of 15days. However due to this Covid19 lockdown I am unable to make the payment. They are constantly calling us and giving threat to make the payment else they will be calling all the contact nos in my mobile. They are also saying that they will be imposing a penalty of 10% perday for delay in payment.

I told them i will make the payment once the crisis is over and will pay extra interest as per current rate during this tenure for the delay in payment but they are not listening and abusing.
