I have purchased one iPhone from my friend croma id through my hdfc credit card and there was option of cash back upto 5000 and after purchasing cash back has not came so that I reached out to my bank and they told that it usually come in 90-120 days I waited till then and reached out to my bank again they told u need to speak with the merchant and merchant is Croma retail (Infiniti retail limited) when I reached they every time they told that cash back has already been given of 3000 and they drop it over mail while I mentioned every time that cash back has not came.
Further I told them to share the transaction details of the cash back they given and I threatened them if they won’t share I will complain to rbi Thea rafter they told that you have not selected the option of cash back while doing payment.
But actually it was automatic cash back applicable based on my credit card since this applicable only on hdfc bank credit card.
