Text of Complaint by J Naveen Kumar:

purchased iPhone 13 from Croma, Borivali West, Mumbai where a Zest executive was present.
She ran me through some process and said a cashback of 10000/- will automatically be credited to my account after the payment of 3rd installment.
I have been regularly paying the EMI. However, I haven’t received any cash back. It’s been more than 6 months but no cash back or updates from the team.
I have been following up with ZestMoney customer care each month and only getting promises that it will be done the next month.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
