I have booked the cargo service from sachin tours and travels and I was told that I will get the parcel delivered in my location andI will get the drivr details. It is already 3 hrs delayed and none of the agent is picking up the call . i have made nearly 18 calls from morning and none of them istaking responsibility. When I cmeto the delievry location directly,they are saying we did not take the parcl..the one who took have to contat you and that guy’s number is switched off
