Airtel SR# 122464318

Airtel executives installed my new connection on 22nd Sep 2020 and tested the connection as well. All was fine for 30 mins after they had left my home premises. The connection has not worked since and today is 1st Oct 2020.

I have called repeatedly on 121 (customer care) and after too many hassles they registered my case on 26th. Since then, no resolution. Whenever i call, they say it will be resolved today but nothing happens.

I paid 3 months of advanced rental and now 10 days have passed without the connection even working.

Nodal-ncr doesnot respond to calls/mails. Appellate.ncr is too proud to look into this small case. Compliance officer is useless too.

Icing on top of all these is Airtel took my aadhar card as proof and named MD. Jahangir as the account holder. I am not md. Jahangir.

I have called, mailed & did everything i can do as a customer to get my connection working but airtel is not concerned at all. Representatives from Airtel involved are:

Monika bachwan

Asim
