I received call regards my payment I asked them that I will pay the outstanding amount till date am I still able to use my card one card officer said yes you can use your card as before but after I made the payment they said they blocked my card it’s fault by their officer why he commit it also they lied to me now one card grievance department asked for references and re-kyc for unblocked card but it’s been 10days they didn’t respond
