i am using a prepaid number 9328016169 from 2007. during lockdown i did not recharge and card got deactivated. after lockdown was open 3 times i went to vodafone store in jamnagar gujarat with all my original documents. at store they click my photo and photo of original documents and took Rs.50 and said card would be activated. next day it got rejected. this process is been done 3 times and all time request has been rejected. is it some kind of joke or you collecting Rs.50 everytime and trying to make up your losses by harassing us. as i have given the number at different places i am facing many problems. kindly guide and activate my kind. my name is siddharth ahya. you can check with vodafone store jamnagar my visit since july.
