Hi Team,
This is a complaint regarding the fraud that happened with this shopping website named Caratworld ( rupam creations ). On 8th Aug 20, I purchase nightwears of Rs.499 and paid online as they didn’t have any option for cash on delivery. They mentioned an email id on their website but they didn’t respond. I came across this website through their Facebook adv, so alike me there might be many who suffered. Now I can’t see their website. Please resolve my problem, I wish I get my amount back that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
