i have ordered tyres from car dekho.com and i have transfered the amount of Rs 14436..dated on 8th of jan but they cancelled my order on 14th jan..if the part was not available to them then why they have taken the order..now they are using my money for more than 10 days..i complaint several time and emailed also..but no positive response..i want my money back..how can this type of company can fraud people..
