It’s last reminder for Paytm, I Ordered Car body cover Hyundai i10 (Order ID 13184766479) on Paytm mall. I received it on 7th april 2021. When I opened the Item, I saw It’s worst quality product body cover ( not as product images as mentioned ), however when I wear it on i 10 It’s very loose and big and hangs at the bottom of the tyre. I also have a Fiat punto car, I try on it, which is not fit and small on the car.
Instant I put the request for the return USELESS product, I received a call from paytm. I was informed the same . He said I will escalate your issue in return. within 2 minutes he rejected the return request. His number was not reachable. I called on your FAKE Paytm Complaint number 0120 3888 388, which is always so busy and also tried to contact paytm on chat, and order request but no success and also escalate the issue on Paytm complete paytm email address. You Blocked my email (Your message to care@paytm.com has been blocked. See technical details below for more information.)
Also received call from Paytm (7866-053-465 always he puts the number on call forwarded, I also sent the many text to him ) I had word with him. he wasting my time with so many excuses like:- your money will be back with in 10 minutes, tomorrow, just mention your paytm wallet balance above 1000 INR as per th paytm refund policy (I know the all Paytm T&C* very well, however still I maintained above 1000 INR ), after that hung-up my call during on conversation.
I would like to Inform you please send my product as per the Images with the good Quality body cover
Or
Return my money ASAP.
